2.3D Scanning 
The 3D laser scanning is essential for the geometric analysis of special structure. The application of this technology greatly improved the capacity.
 

3.Approval Design and Production Design
By software TRIBON/AM to transfer the scanned point cloud to pipes
This 3D data can also be converted into CAD format for the detailed engineering and design plans. 
 

4.Procurement 
Pipes, connections and foundations will be prefabricated before ship’s arrival . GRE pipes and fittings for EGCS are necessary to be ordered as earlier as possible to catch the schedule.
 

5.Logistic & Agency service
If equipment is selected overseas, we can help with all the necessary logistic to ensure the in-time connection with ship. 
 

6.Pre-fabrication & Installation
Pipe fittings, connections and some accessories to be fabricated prior to ship’s arrival. We have reliable workshops can do the job to save the time.
While ship is under retrofitting process in shipyard , our project supervisor will be on site to coordinate as required.
